Talking to someone who gets it really makes a difference

Stephen Holdem, Financial Adviser

After spending 25 years in the fire & general insurance industry, Stephen left the corporate world, and in 2005 he started his own company, and joined Wizard Home Loans as the licence holder for the Poverty Bay area.

Wizard Home Loans was a brand owned by General Electric; providing mortgage funding to compete directly with the main banks. When the global financial crisis hit, General Electric made the decision to stop providing mortgage funding, and subsequently closed its operations in NZ on the 24th of December 2008.

Stephen then created the brand Mortgage Sure in 2009; and by applying the knowledge and experience previously gained, he is continually helping people obtain home ownership and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.

The financial advice Stephen gives, is to provide you with best possible outcomes in achieving your financial goals in life.

“I’m not here to send applications to the bank to be declined. If I believe your application is unlikely to be approved, I will tell you what needs to be done to give you the best chance for an approval.”

Stephen Holdem is Holdem Together LTD trading as Mortgage Sure Gisborne.
